13 years developing and running executive leadership programmes for CEOs and MDs and in house for several global businesses, 8 years marketing experience in South Africa with Stellenbosch Winery, Lever Brothers and others, 12 years new product development with Johnson and Johnson in Canada and 8 years in New York and Los Angeles handling promotions with companies such as Macdonald’s, Frito Lay, General Mills, and HJ Heinz.
Now mostly based in Washington DC.
Designed, developed and ran the first programmes in Scotland and Northern Ireland to carry an MSc in Corporate Leadership
Worked with and mentored over 100 CEOs, MDs and senior executives in their Leadership Development
Been invited to speak internationally at conferences, particularly within the USA and South Africa
